Ticket Purchases
Tickets can be purchased at the Calgary Tower ticket desk. Tickets purchased through a reseller (Expedia, Eservus, etc.) will be honored in accordance to the agreement the Calgary Tower has with the Reseller, any issue or dispute with a reseller ticket will need to be addressed with the reselling company. The Calgary Tower will not be responsible for any inconvenience due to unauthorized duplication or resale of admission tickets, and reserves the right to deny admission.

Bags
Guests are welcome to bring their bags inside the Calgary Tower; all bags, including purses and knapsacks, are subject to inspection. Bags must not be left unattended. Please note, there are no storage facilities at the Calgary Tower.

Cameras
The use of personal still/video cameras is allowed if they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests. Photographs/video taken in the Calgary Tower may not be used for any commercial purpose, without the express written permission of the Calgary Tower and prior arrangements have been made. Health and Safety Policies
All guests are required to follow the health and safety guidelines posted within the facility and on our website.

Emergency Procedures
All security staff and supervisors are trained in health and life safety, including evacuation procedures. In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions received over the public-address system, from uniformed staff and security personnel.

Pets and Service Animals
The Calgary Tower welcomes certified service animals utilized by a guest. The guest is required to show appropriate paperwork/certification for the animal at the time of the visit for entry to be authorized. We do not allow guests to bring their pets into the Tower.

Prohibited Items
The Calgary Tower prohibits bringing any items within the premises that present or may present a danger to the safety of visitors and staff. This includes but is not limited to the following: narcotics, explosives, fireworks and ammunition, alcohol, mace or pepper spray designed for use on humans and bear spray, batons, brass knuckles, nunchaku sticks or throwing stars, firearms, knives, construction equipment such as tools, ropes (without prior authorization), clothing with offensive language or indecent graphics, mascot or costume apparel (without prior authorization), bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and wheelies.

Calgary Tower Guest Code of Conduct
To ensure all guests enjoy their visit, there are some rules that must be followed to ensure the safety and security of all:

Guests are welcome to bring their bags inside the Calgary Tower; all bags, including purses and knapsacks, are subject to inspection. Bags must not be left unattended. Please note, there are no storage facilities at the Calgary Tower.

Children are not to be left unattended (children are defined as anyone 12 years of age or younger). Bicycles, scooters, skate boards, or shoes with wheels (wheelies) are not permitted. Horseplay, fighting, provoking a fight or engaging in disorderly or boisterous conduct is prohibited.

Offensive, abusive or threatening language or behavior is prohibited. Guests who appear under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances are not permitted.
​
Displays of profane, obscene or injurious language, texts or graphics for public view is prohibited. Guests displaying such language on clothing will be asked to either change the garment or otherwise cover the offensive image/language.
​
Smoking is not permitted within the premises.
​
No trespassing. Guests must remain out of all areas within the premises that are designated as being off-limits to the general public. No loitering or sleeping. Vending, selling, soliciting, campaigning or handing out information of any kind or petitioning within or on premises grounds is prohibited.

Guests failing to adhere to the Code of Conduct above are subject to removal from the Calgary Tower premises without reimbursement of admission.The Calgary Tower reserves the right to further restrict the terms and conditions upon a member of the public who is considered a threat to the safety of our staff, equipment or property. The Calgary Tower retains the right to alter, delete or add further restrictions at our discretion at any time.
